Hallmark e-mail virus

Receiving Hallmark e-mail virus contain postcard.exe. When i click it, it turn out to be a virus that create a randomly exe file on my PC. The randomly exe file was stored in C:\windows\system32 which also creating a new values on registry ( HKLM, HKCU, ….\Run ).
